Walgreens at Community Health Network - East

I spoke with this pharmacy earlier today, to figure out why they didn't fill my medication yesterday like they were supposed to, and they honestly couldn't answer that question. Then they they told me it was out of stock but it wasn't (just generic, not name brand, which is what I specifically asked for - both times). So my prescription was supposedly filled and I set my alarm to wake up early to come pick it up before they closed (since I'm a night shift worker but don't come in until 7). When I got here, I discovered they'd closed 2 hours early, but no one bothered to tell me when I spoke with them and when I was asked if I was coming to pick it up today!!! Now they're closed all weekend and so is my doctor's office. This is ridiculous. They work in healthcare just like I do and they need to do better.

The pharmacist is rude!!!! She needs a different job!!!!! If you want to wait for them to tell you no writing stuff then make a sign and not be rude!!!

It's my favorite pharmacy they are very patient and kind and also very caring of anyone who come into the this pharmacy! Thank you Walgreens at East Hospital!
