Good Dog Hotel & Spa

I have taken my dogs several times to this establishment. They have gotten good care. My dog was there recently and ended up with a horrible infection in his leg. He was fine when he went 4 days later he can't walk. Once I got him his leg was 3 x's it's normal size. I took him to the vet and got him antibiotics. I called the establishment and was not satisfied with our conversation. After having to take him again to the vet, I called and left a message explaining the cost I was incurring. No return call. My dog was so sick. I really thought I would have to put him down. ZERO response from the food dog spa. Very disappointed ! This happened on THEIR watch! I will not go back.

Misty is wonderful!! She is so kind and is an excellent groomer. My dog loves her (she's the only one he'll let clip his nails) and I can tell how comfortable he feels around her.

We picked up our sweet Great Dane after a 2 night stay and he absolutely traumatized. We had sent him there with our now deceased Saint Bernard 4 years ago and they both came back with Kennel cough. We tried to get a dog sitter due to a death in the family and just couldnt make it happen. Bottom of the line, if boarding is your only option- DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE with your Furbaby.

Love this place. They take very good care of my dog and always greet him by name when we bring him in for boarding. This is the third place I took him to and haven't gone anywhere else since

Unfortunately we will not be taking our dog back to Good Dog. We boarded him for a few days over the holiday, with no daycare but private play all days. When I picked him up this morning, they mentioned that he was having loose stool. This is very out of character for him, but they said it was likely anxiety. When they brought him out, his backside was covered in feces. He is a long haired dog, but I cant imagine why they couldnt call us, tell us about the situation, and add on a bath to his stay. His dog bed was covered in fecal matter as well. As a dog parent, we should have absolutely been informed of the loose stool on day one. I feel so sad that we left him in their care, and just hope all is well with him when we go to the vet tomorrow.
