It's been a nightmare. Canceled service same day I requested for personal reasons. Was charged for 2 months of service from Rentokil (evidently their accounts payable) for $110. Never saw service tech so have no idea what was serviced on Canceled appointment. Three months and refund is supposed to be in mail. You never speak to the same person. Most of the people at Rentokil have been understanding and know I have been charged for something I Canceled. Will be glad to get my check in the mail.

I have been trying for days to get a phantom bill resolved with this company. They no call no showed twice so the appointment was cancelled. Yet I get a bill in the mail for something they never did. I had a painter working all week outside and he never seen them. I have outdoor cameras they never seen them. Yet here I am with a bill. On top of that they said it would be resolved in 48 hours and its been over 90 hours since that promise. TERRIBLE company to work with. Asking for money donation apparently with fake bills. With their service I guess I'd beg for handouts also. Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

Pretty awful customer service lmao. Had to have them "reschedule" my service dates 3 times over the past two weeks - I still have no idea if they've even came out or what they're doing in general.
