Stalled for weeks as to whether or not they were accepting my case. When the paralegal seemed to be unable to do his job in an effective and timely manner, and I was left to repeatedly call for updates - they informed me they werent accepting my case because it was too challenging. Not that there wasnt a case to be had. This is a lazy legal team that wasted a lot of time that couldve been better spent elsewhere. If they dont sign you on immediately, dont let them blow smoke up your a** like theyre going to take your case and actually help you, or get you the justice you deserve, and for the love of god - fire your front desk worker.
