Dock Brothers Jewelry & Loan Company

After reading a scathing commentary calling Mr. Dock rude I had to post this, which is something I don't normally do. Mr. Dock and his lovely wife have been helpful to me when I have had a short term financial needs on more than one occasion. I find them both to be kind, professional and they treat me like family. This lovely couple are the exception to the attitude most small business owners have. I have no experience in the pawn industry and only came upon Dock Brothers when I found myself in a short term financial crisis. On the occasions over 10 years They've bent over backwards to help me whenever I've needed it. They are two of the most honest and caring people in business that I have ever met and I'm 70 years old so I can guarantee you I've met more than my fair share. If you need some short term help, I highly highly recommend that you go in and speak with the owner. if you go in and act like an ass, why would he even want to help you. What I know about these people is it's not always about the money. They actually care about their clients.

Im from out of town I went in and seen a bass guitar that I liked but they wouldnt let me take a picture of it owner was very rude said he was done and so am I theres a thousand pawn shops this one is definitely over priced.

Really nice family best pawn shop in Indianapolis by far the only pawn shop that cared if I actually get my items back really help me out when I was in need I mean it the best pawn shop in Indianapolis and really good customer service I'll give them 10 Stars if I could dock Brothers the Best Pawn Shop in Indy!!!
