The photo booth at our wedding went way above my expectations. From the attendant to the props to the options it was an amazing service and everyone really enjoyed it. Our attendant was personable and really helped anyone who needed assistance. The memory book at the end of the event is so nice to look back at and to share with our family and friends. We hired this company for our 2020 wedding and everything to that extent was fine other than some lack of communication leading up to the wedding. HOWEVER - after the wedding I was promised a gallery of the photos and videos. They told me to wait 8 weeks which I did. Then I began asking for the gallery after that point and eventually somebody got back with me and said they were looking into it. But now, they have completely stopped responding to me and I have been ghosted. I have since sent over 15 emails and called multiple times to receive nothing in return and a full voicemail box. It seems that they may have gone out of business or something. Unbelievable and disappointing. I would’ve loved to have seen the photos and videos taken at our wedding... so sad.
