Pretty sure hanging up in patient's faces isn't high quality customer service, but as a manager of a practice you should know better, deff contacting corporate.

Liked the doctor and the 2 other staff members who helped me. These folks were swamped (I'm guessing because starting wage is a bit low so who's gonna want to work there?) but they were positive & didn't show any stress despite the fact that there were people with children standing around waiting for service. I felt bad for them, they're short staffed. Good energy and the Dr. wasn't snotty like so many I've seen before (not at Tavel).

They gave me a prescription that was way too strong and didnt adjust my frames. I went back to get them fixed and they broke one of the lenses. They replaced them for free which was nice, but Ive had the new lenses for over a week now and I think they gave me the wrong prescription again because everything is fuzzy and Im seeing double out of these glasses.

I had Jessica and she was excellent! Super informative and knowledgeable. The lady who helped with my glasses was also really great. Wish I caught her name, but 10/10 will do again

I came in and realized I had scheduled my appointment for the day before. They still fit me in that afternoon. Customer service was amazing!
