Brickyard Healthcare - Willow Springs Care Center

Staff left my grandmother for 4 hrs unattended knowing she has no mobility in her legs to get to the bathroom . When asked about how would she move they said wait till the morning . Then you could easily take or walk patients out without any supervision. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING of patients . They only care about themselves. If I could rate it lower I would.

It hits different not knowing where to send a close family member to recover like at home it's a different hit at Brickyard rehabilitation center we know that we have made the right and the best choice for our senior loved one here at Brickyard rehabilitation services and as always Thank you for all that you continue to do.

Golden Living has a horrible reputation and I know firsthand why you shouldnt work for a company like Brickyard. Golden living may have changed their name but their facilities will always be a mess. Poor organization, aggressive and very mediocre management teams at all of their establishments. Prejudiced staff in corporate and bias management staff. They are focused on staff as bodies and theyre not going to support their nurses and CNAs to be the best healthcare professional they can be because theyre focused on talking to their staff disrespectfully and not making patient and staff care a priority. These facilities such as Brickyard are more focused on how many beds they can fill rather than creating a harmonious environment for their staff and residents to be in. Willow Springs Brickyard Director of nursing is unprofessional, rude, and misogynistic. He goes against all Morals and principles that nursing stands for. Lets not forget they had a nurse working for them who wasnt even registered as a real nurse!!! But did he give her strife? No, only those that he finds intimidating and knowledgeable. The place is a joke!!! If you like being belittled, short staffed and not appreciated this place is for you!!!!

When I got to brickyard I was in bad shape.I suffered a bad stroke an the staff were very gentle an attentive with me. Therapy worked with me everyday an helped me believe that I could an would get better an back on my feet. Thanks to the staff an their loving spirit . They really cared for me an now I can walk again even tho I still have to fight the clots within, physical I could not have done it without the staff. I am so Thankful for the support.
