I started out really enjoying this agency until recently. A new company took over the management of the facility I was contracted to work for and when my contract ended I was told not to report to work any longer because the contract between favorite and the new medical management company had never been signed but was expected to be taken care of in a short period of time and then my contract extension could be renewed. I was told I would be kept informed about the progress. I waited for weeksnever heard another word from Favorite. Attempted to check in with them to follow up. Nobody had time to take my calls. Really disappointed. Fortunately have found another job with another company.

Without a doubt one of the worst and disorganized agencies I ever worked for. This was not only my experience but the one of 4 others nurses here on assignment with me. I wont bother with all the problems before and during assignment. When all our contracts got cancelled we were all booked to go home by the agency. The agency had no competence and was not able to arrange proper transportation from the hotel to the airport so because of this we all lost our flights that were all at different times. Im the end we all had to agree to schedule again for the next day. When I got my new flight confirmation it was from a different Airport from the one they said over the phone. The worst part is that there is no manager you can talk to just customer service and EVERY SINGLE time you call all they have to say it we are working on it and someone will call you and literally I have been trying to solve this for 9 hours today. Do not use this agency save yourself the bad experience.

They do not care about your nursing license. I walked into a facility that was very unsafe so I refused the assignment and they fired me. They look at things politically, if you work for them they get paid. They could care less how long you worked for your license, they expect you to work ALL SHIFTS whether they put your license in jeopardy or not.
