I absolutely adore PUR! For over 2 years now, I have been a loyal customer and I won't go anywhere else. Every visit to this nail salon leaves me beyond satisfied, as the quality of service is consistently outstanding. While there have been a few new additions to the staff, I've had the pleasure of experiencing the thoroughness and attention to detail from each nail technician. My recent appointment with Kerry was no exception - my nails look absolutely stunning thanks to her fantastic work!

I started coming here about 6 months ago after my last salon had to temporarily close. There are not a lot of places that get customer service right anymore but this is definitely one of them. Overall, I have had fantastic experiences and Im very pleased with the manicures that I get (gel on natural nails). I found a few very talented technicians (Anna and Lilly) here and my daughter who gets a full set get mani has also (Nancy is her fav). My manis last 2 weeks (wearing gloves for chores) and I get regular compliments on them. This is not to say I have not had challenges. I have had to go back twice - once because a nail peeled and once just the topcoat peeled off on a few of them. When I come back in as a customer, the always amazing manager immediately helps me and resolves my issue. They are polite and accommodating and just overall great about it. Thats the difference between this salon and many others.
