Completely unreliable. Cancelled 2 hours before scheduled time. Had paid for truck and ended up having to move everything myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ive used We Do It All Movers numerous times over the years and have always had a great experience. Theyre super fast, friendly, and very professional and efficient. I use them every time I need extra moving help in Indy and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Horrible experience last week with this company. I used them for a small move in May. The had to break down the bed to get it out, but said theyd put it back together on the move in (college student, so a couple months later). Also, paid for 2 adults and got an adult and a kid.
On the move in, I verified they could do the assembly and also added a full hour to the time for it, which was paid in advance. Upon arrival, he said hed come back the following day to assemble since he didnt have his tools. The next day, just before they were to arrive, I get a text stating he wouldnt do it, they dont know how. (I had downloaded the instructions of a new assemble, and it was supposed to just be taken apart enough to move.). They left me in a complete bind since I was returning home (2300 miles away) the next morning.
Also, upon re-assembly, found that little care was taken, as several pieces were broken.
Very disappointed with these guys - had used the same company, asked for the same person, noted the assembly from very first message, paid for extra time, they committed to doing it, then completely pulled out moments before they were to arrive. I have no respect for companies who wont stand behind their work, nor follow through on their commitments.

Please beware of these movers. They will ask you for the code before the job is done, pressure you to review ahead of time, and do the bare minimum. I have attempted to resolve this issue with UHaul as they are listed as top movers with high reviews, but it is simply because you are pressured to do it at the beginning and he will look over your shoulder. On top of that, our items were just thrown in the truck. Mattress bag completely neglected and removed from the mattress. Items scratched against the walls. They left before the 2 hours and called from the car saying the truck was already locked up, while there were still items in the apartment. Cant recommend less.

We used this mover in 2019 and were very happy with the service and move. I saved their business card and was happy to use them again since our first experience was a good one. When i called and asked if they were available on a Sunday, they said yes, but they don't typically work Sunday, so the fee would need to be paid cash the day of the move. Normally I would question this, but since I had a good experience with them prior, I said ok to the request. They showed up on time and everything seemed to be going well. I wasn't completely done boxing things, so I didn't monitor progress as I normally would. They said the truck was full and they were going to follow my family member to the new location in their car. They called me and stated they were pulled over and Cody was arrested. Well, you can imagine what happened next. I had to help my one family member unload the truck, never heard back from anyone as to status, pay, etc. and they were paid cash for the move. I don't think I will ever see half the money back, nor will I recover a stolen item, that was in my husband's will, to go to a designated person after he passed. It's unfortunate, but I will not be using their services again and I hope those who read this review, move on to the next company. Cody, if you read this, I hope you do the right thing!!!!!
