I had damaged items they wouldn't repair. Also had a Cuisinart Ice Cream maker and a Dyson vacuum that disappeared. Phone calls and emails weren't returned. Never compensated.

They were supposed to show up around 9. Got there at around 1:30. The guys that showed up didn't even work for the company, they were independent contractors.

If I could give zero stars I would. I communicated with the company several times to double check/confirm our move in time as it was crucial we were out by a certain time. The movers werent here at 9am as scheduled so I called. The office confirmed the movers were on the way. Two hours later I get a call from a third party company stating that they cant show up to move our stuff because Kevin the owner of in and out didnt sign the paperwork. Kevin turned his phone off and wouldnt answer the companys calls nor his own workers calls. I have never delt with such an unprofessional company. Dropping the ball is an understatement. Do not use this company.

We used In and Out Movers today and we were blown away on how fast, careful and amazing they were. I had to add some things and change a few days before our actual move and their customer service was out of this world! They have amazing staff and great work ethics. Will definitely use them again.
