      We pride ourselves on helping all families feel confident, knowing our intention is to earn your business for life. Only 9% of all consumers come back to the same mortgage company or real estate agent to do business a second time. This is simply due to a lack of follow-up and follow-through during the buying process. Consumers surveyed also pointed out a general feeling that the company they were dealing with failed to be authentic and deliver when it counted…after the sale. We have made it our strict policy to make sure every one of our customers is completely satisfied with their loan experience, and that they go away feeling it is necessary to refer all their friends, family and associates to Grandview Lending for their loan needs.
