Gallahue Mental Health Services Warren

I was very unimpressed with the care of my loved one. I dealt with one individual who was extremely unprofessional, extremely pushy and definitely did not have the best interest of the patient in mind. This is not the first run -in I've had with gallahue, the first time was a huge breach of patient confidentiality, many years ago. 1/10 do not recommend.

The epitome of a failed system. Staff needs to be completely disbanded, and new people hired. They couldn't care less about the people they inconvenience.

Dr Beth Delambo and all the staff there have been wonderful. Our family has received the best and most courteous of service and treatment for the past 4 years.

I have been there for over 12 years. I started out with Dr.Anderson and had him many years. He was professional, carting and educated. He had a few dead beats that worked there but he would always take concern for patients. This new Main Doctor Kossom has a non Chalet attitude. Especially since he had a baby. He is just there getting paid. No real concrete medical help. Today Was my 1st appointment with him in the New year. Almost 5 months. VYhank God I am as well as I am. He took off sick my last and I already got there. He was late today because a Rude nasty desk person got told off after she tried being her rude self again. She treats all the mental patients like she queen Bee. I did have a confrontation with her and she got to my weak doctor Kossom first. He told me she said it was my 2nd time. He believed her and not once ask me how I had been doing or going thru in 5 months. He thought he was going to get me t apologies. H No! You guys are the professionals and you allowed her to lie. FB HE told me I had a day or two. He ended my office visit. He also lied. He said I had missed several appointments. He needs more professional training as a Mental Health Doctor and I will Trash Gallahue Based on him and the others he claimed said I cussed her out. NO I raised my voice but so did she. All her Tatoos dont scare me. Goodbye. God healed Me!!
