Does not take mental health or admissions seriously. Had they told me FRIDAY when I called they werent taking new patients I couldve had gotten help but instead they said to wait and contact them Monday at 5:30am to ask about admissions then. I wait and contact them at nearly 5:30am, Monday, I havent slept. The lady says to be by my phone and I will get a call in a few minutes and they will be able to answer my questions because apparently she could not tell me they werent accepting new clients or assist with any question i may have. (Anytime I got on the phone whoever answered would pawn me off or transfer me rather than answer a question.) I wait a little over an hour, no call, I call them asking how long itd be till I was contacted. Instead of answering my question the lady said one moment and then transferred me to someone elses line that just went to voicemail. I call back, finally talk to someone and they say oh were busy today just be more patient . They didnt contact me again till 3 HOURS after- again they said they would contact me in a few minutes and to sit by my phone waiting. And when I finally got on the phone with their counselor the first question I ask and first thing she tells me is they are not taking new patients. Had the person on Friday told me that or even Monday morning I couldve been getting treatment instead im f**king stuck trying to find a place, prolonging me getting help. Im sick of mental health professionals not actually knowing anything about mental health. SCREW THIS PLACE maybe if they taught their people how to not make things worse for people inquiring about them or just a basic understanding of mental health or addiction treatment this place could be worth it but this is how they treat people in crisis asking about admissions- doesnt seem like they take this stuff very seriously. Idk wish I didnt have this experience with them because out of all the places in Indy this seemed like the best fit, and best reviewed but again they dont seem to take getting help very seriously when to me its a big deal Im even saying hey I need help. Now Im questioning if treatment is even worth it or if anyone else will ever take it seriously.

The clinic has literally saved my life. With the help of the clinic I have been able to get my life together. My counselor Stacy and the rest of the staff have really had my back.

I've struggled my whole life with opiates and I myself have been trying to get clean with the help of the methadone clinic and I finally did it. My counselor Stacy and Dr. Moe have helped me through so much and never gave up on me. I absolutely love everyone in that clinic. I will never say that it's been easy cause it wasn't BUT I'm still here and that's what matters now.
