PMH has been SO helpful. Over the last year, my personal coach has helped me feel empowered while also teaching me, resulting in an improved knowledge base. I have a very demanding job, so really need flexibility in my appointment schedule, which PMH was able to accommodate. I have also been able to meet my financial goals while still working with PMH, as they allow different payment methods, like credit/debit or my personal favorite: using my tax advantaged HSA account!

In my humble opinion. The Prime Movement healthcare group is an innovative alternative to conventional health care solutions. So many times we get so complacent with ourselves, that we just forget how to do those important, yet simple things that could potentially improve or quality of life. Sarah Stilz and her team of professionals really helps you take the guess work out of developing a program that is right for you. It is truly revolutionary to see young people who have a genuine passion for helping others. I thank Sarah and her team for doing what they do.
