    Had an ultrasound on 3/17. We picked this location because we would get a video of the ultrasound. The tech was great, she said it would be uploaded to the website by the end of the night. It is now 4/4 and it still has not been uploaded. We have called 3x a week since 3/17 and even stopped by (each time the door is locked). We have been told 3 times now that it would be uploaded and it is not. Very poor customer service and experience. We wanted the video to show and share family that are not local. I would not recommend this place at all.

    Had my 3D/4D ultrasound done here. I had a great experience from arriving to leaving. The tech Natalie was awesome.. very sweet and gentle. Just a great person. Definitely will be back here & recommending this place.

    We had an ultrasound for our 3rd child. Our tech was Natalie?? I think thats what she said her name was! She was absolutely AMAZING!! So sweet and very gentle. We had an amazing experience with her! We will be back closer to 30 weeks for more.

    I schedule an appointment online and cannot cancel or reschedule it. Ive tried calling the business but it does not even ring and of course there is no voicemail box set up. Went on their website to see if the number was incorrect and nope its not! They even have a paragraph stating to please leave a voicemail as they cannot answer the phones while they are doing sonograms (dont know why they dont have a receptionist). And Ive also filled out their contact form and still no response. As a business owner myself this is so unprofessional and screams scam to me. Really upsetting as I was going to be traveling an hour and a half to get this done since we dont have any nearby our location.

    Had a 4d ultrasound done. We got some decent photos. However the ultrasound tech was rather rough trying to get a good picture of the baby. I also paid for the enhancement to 8k photos and we have yet to get those almost 2 weeks later. (was originally told 4-5 days). I have tried to call almost daily, left a voicemail and emailed with no response.

Hi montana! We apologize for not answering. It was the week of the holidays so it was a little crazy around here with people off. I'm sure you understand that as a business owner. Our receptionist unfortunately was off all week and I'm not sure what was going on with the phones you're the first person that said something.
