I am a newer patient here and everyone is so nice compared to other places ive been these other places would go to draw blood but because my veins colapse they dig into my arm but at southeast they hit the vein every time and make it so less painful compared to other places and everyone there is so understanding and helps so much this is the best health place ever with amazing doctord and nurses and therapists thanks to them my fear of needles has gone away i and ive been able to take care of my diabetes

I highly recommend Healthnet Southeast! I've been going here for about 4 years now and feel I always receive the best care. The front desk staff, nurses, and call center people are always friendly and communicate well. Dr. John Webster is the most compassionate doctor I've ever been to and I'm so grateful to him. I also recently changed my gynecologist to Healthnet at the Barrington Center and Dr. Mendez and staff were wonderful as well.
They do have the call system to schedule and make changes to appointments. I usually get callbacks in a timely manner. I feel that part is to be expected, they are very busy. They also have an online portal that you can use for communication and updates on test results etc.

They're nothing but a joke. I understand that this is a great place to go when you don't have the greatest insurance. But it's such a nightmare to get a doctor's appointment to see the dentist or anything like that relation. They demand you to call in every single day if you need a same day appointment for something. And if you can't get in, they will Suggest to go to urgent care or the emergency room. The doctors don't listen to what you have to say and they say that they're listening but they don't listen to.
If you have to have blood work done, it's a threatening circus because they're not going to tell you where you need to go.What needs to be done until they're like telling you like month later.
If you're talking to a representative, don't hang up on you.Because they don't want to deal with you and they will do that and just claim.It was a disconnection issue on your end when it's not. They will even ignore you while you're in office trying to talk to them.
The dentist office is a nightmare as well. You're in this little sitting room and you've got children running around and nobody's saying anything about it. When you do get seen, they're not gentle about it.And they'll just check your teeth and then tell you that you need to come back so they can do it cleaning instead of doing it all in one day like normal doctor offices do.

I absolutely love this center. I have been a proud patient for 13 years, since I moved here. Dr. Ridderman is the best Dr ever! Her nurse Pam, just as awesome. My HealthCare needs are fully taken care of or being monitored and I thank them both. The entire staff is great! But I have to name drop them two. Pam will call me to let me know if there's any change or anything, I complimented her to her.....because I wanted her to know I appreciated her. Come here for your health care needs! My husband and children are also healthnet patients, just different centers, I made sure to show love and support for healthnet! Thank you Healthnet, Dr. Ridderman and Pam.
