Oliver Family Healthcare

I feel comfortable going to Oliver's Family Healthcare. I can talk to the staff about any health concerns. Natalie takes time with me and gives me great suggestions for my health. 2024 checkup and I still am comfortable going to to see Natalie. She gave me great advice and took the time to listen to me.

04/03/2024 - Update. Chris called and spoke with my husband about the issues. He understood his concerns about the time delays. It was appreciated that he reached out directly. NP Chris is the best. But there is a lack of communication somewhere in the office. My husband waited for 2 weeks to get a prescription sent to the pharmacy. He called almost every other day for two weeks, the front office would have to tell the back office and he would have to wait. We were told the insurance had a hold on it. I called them and they did not have a hold on it because it is a script he has had for a long time. Next, he had to get an MRI done. They had to send in a referral, it took him calling multiple times to get the referral sent. It was almost two weeks before they received it. Then he was told over a week ago they would send a referral into Ortho Fishers for a consult. He hasn't heard anything so he called Ortho and they have not received anything. A patient should not have to follow up with the doctors office that many times to get something done. There is no way one of the workers would wait for two weeks to get meds, a referral or a call back for a consult. God love my husband for his patients.

Rude experience with Logans nurse (RN) stop cutting people off and they are trying to explain what they need. You are not a doctor and stop telling people what is not going to happen. If a client calls and ask to have a return call from the NP or Dr please just take the message. If you ask me to explain the reason for the call back, please stop cutting people off.

Awesome team, Especially Dr Natalie Caring , helpful educated care. Easy check in, friendly reminders . Always seen quickly Walk in immediate care as well

I've been a patient at Oliver Family Healthcare for year. I've always appreciated the professionalism and caring nature of the staff. Chris Brinkley and Natalie MacDonald are the best!
