    The staff and doctors are very kind. However, there's no reason a quick visit should've turned into 2 hours. They really need to pick up on the time. All I came in for was to update a prescription and get a shot. Why 2 hours for something quick and easy? The wait times get longer the more I come here. Maybe they need more staff or something.

    Office staff called us and asked to to come back as patients after we left nearly 5 years ago. We left then because of billing issues. After being asked to come back, we both (my wife and I) set up appointments for a yearly physical which is covered by our insurance. I went in and they weighed me, took my blood pressure, temperature and then talked to the doctor about any medical concerns I had (normal physical type things right?). The office coded it as a new patient establishment. A $225 fee that the insurance does not cover a penny of. By the way that is times 2 since my wife got the experience. After telling them that this is wrong, they said we could schedule another appointment for a physical and refused to recode the billing. You are fired as my wife and my primary care physician. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY INSURANCE PROVIDER AND TELLING THEM THE ENTIRE STORY. I will also be telling all of my co workers, friends, and family about this treatment, not mention anyone who happens to read Google reviews.
