My experience as a patient was unfortunately upsetting. I would not recommend anybody go to this therapist service. I saw Janice for about four months and had a incredible bond with her on her special skills and she did help me as a better person. The pros were that she really does care about her patients and really wants to help. However, she took a lot of time off which made it difficult scheduling wise and then would expect me to see other therapists in her office. It is difficult to do this when your therapist who knows you is on vacation for multiple weeks at a time and you have to debrief a new therapist each time this occurs to keep them up to date. Her secretary staff is very elderly and they mess up on the scheduling appointments. They mainly write them down and sometimes forget to do so and they do not put it in a computerized system. They fully rely on you to know your appointment and when you show up for your correct appointment as scheduled they do not have it in the books, which can come across as frustrating sometimes especially when you work and have a busy schedule and looking forward to your appointment. Other staff members in the practice are very young and I feel do you not honestly care about the patients. During my sessions while Janice was on vacation, they looked at the clock more than wanting to help with your problems.

Such a blessing to have found Janice Gabe! She truly cares, and has been amazing for our daughter. Highly recommend.
