First of all! This family business is AMAZING the whole time I was there I was comfortable everyone spoke Jims wife and daughter were amazing all the employees were amazing even their beautiful dog moose and Jim was very helpful he made me 4 keys for my car and they worked I highly recommend this family business he explained everything he was going to do he even gave me knowledge on key cuts so this is something I will carry with me forever again thank you so much.

Outstanding service performed by this company! Jim, the owner, was very professional & helpful to me & showed concern for my jammed fire safe. He coordinated one of his professional locksmiths, John to my home. John was very courteous & professional & had my fire safe unlocked in less than 5 minutes. He even sprayed dry-lock lubricant on the locking components of my fire safe. The safe works better now than it did when I purchased it new 15 years ago. Debbie was also very pleasant in processing my charge over the phone after John fixed my safe. Oh & by the way, Ashley Safe & Security were well over a hundred dollars less than their competitors who wanted to charge me between 200-300 dollars to unjam a simple fire saferidiculous!!. Needless to say if I have any other lock problems, Ashley Safe & Security will be my go to locksmiths!!
