      image My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we received a check for my son's braces from navy federal bank, even though it is not a local branch. We decided to drop in to cash our check at 5:30 on a Saturday here at Ace Cash Express. A big shout out to Erica, who went above and beyond by staying until 6:15 pm, 15 minutes past her shift, to ensure we got the funds we needed. I may have misspelled her name as Tomica but I want to give two shout outs to her coworker who spoke to my wife to verify the check details. Tomica if I got your name wrong, I apologize. Thank you both, Erica and Tomica, for your great customer service. It was a pleasure to meet such extremely nice and understanding employees, which can be hard to find these days.
