    We've used this group twice for airport service from Indy to Chicago, it's been great! Appreciate the communication, reminders, arrival check ins and comfortable vehicles (used limo and SUV for our small groups). Will use again!

    Edit (02/27/24) - Adding this because of the owner's reply. The comment "you deserved the refund we issued" made me laugh. I requested a refund for a full hour because the driver was a 58 minutes late. In my opinion, this was fair given WE had to pay the photographer an extra hour for their time. I wasn't given the full hour refund because the owner said I didn't take into accountability gas, oil changes, vehicles repairs, etc. She then stated that she was not going to give refund I requested because of the review I left. In the review, I was honest & stated facts. But she said that other people will read it & it will hurt her business. I HOPE OTHER PEOPLE READ IT. Book at your own risk. Original Post: Our pick up time was reserved for 1pm on Saturday, November 11, 2023. I received a text from Sarah that our driver was running 15 minutes behind, which is fine. We waited 15 minutes and still no driver. I decided to call the office because at that point, no one had contacted me. Sarah told me that our driver was now an additional 21 minutes behind. She apologized & said that she will see if I can get a refund for the time not being used (which I have yet to see that refund). Their excuse was that the party ahead of me were late for their reservation time so now that made me late for my reservation time. At that point, I was frustrated and asked her if he was 100% 21 minutes behind or if it was going to be longer, we needed to accommodate as we scheduled pictures at the canal at a certain time. She promised he would arrive in 21 minutes. This would mean that he would arrive at 1:36pm. At 1:55pm, still no driver. I called to ask to speak to a manager. A new representative answered (she said she just arrived for her shift & had no idea what was going on -- idk why Sarah didn't answer if she was the one I was talking to both times). I had to re-explain everything and the new representative told me a manager would call me within 3 days. It is now 5 days after our reservation and no one has contacted me. I received an email last night (a little before mid-night) that I would be getting a partial refund but what's frustrating is that no one from management has contacted me or taken accountability. They aren't transparent with their communication and do not follow through on what they say. Our driver arrived 58 minutes after scheduled time. The lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. The fact that I had to be the one calling to check in is ridiculous. And now, I will have to do it again with the manager since she hasn't reached out on said time frame. I understand things happen but when you reserve a service for a certain time, I expect to receive it within that timeframe or at least be communicated with. We had to pay an extra hour for the photographer and our party lost out on an hour in the limo.

    Ron Songer was our driver and I wish I could give more than five stars. He was on time, waters waiting, with a towel to dry them. We were ready to leave early, he was ready and waiting. He cleaned out the sprinter van when we went into the meeting & had a smile the entire time. We drove three hours each way and he drove safe and efficiently. I will request him by name and use 317 again based on today's experience!

We know that sometimes things happen that are out of our control, butwe have redundancies built to prevent service disruptions.
