I finally found a real Western-Southern Life Insurance office.  All of the listings on Yelp for the Indy Metro Area do not exist, except for this listing which I created today.  They are obviously outdated since this location is the only one that is listed on the Western-Southern Life Insurance website for the Indy Metro Area.The staff at this office location helped me solve three of my needs.  One need was to simply payback a small loan I had made a long time ago on a life insurance policy when the dividends used to cover the annual interest.  So when that stopped being the case I wanted to pay off the loan so it would not continue to grow a larger balance.  So for anyone interested, this office can take payments.My policy was still assigned to the Phoenix, AZ office as my local office since I used to live in Tucson, AZ for a number of years.  They are going to fix that for me.  And I was able to talk with an agent today about my policy options as well.  I concluded all of the business I traveled here for on the same day and I was 100% satisfied.I have been a policy holder since 1969 and Western-Southern Life has always come through for me when I needed their services.  This location has ample parking as well.  Plus conveniently located to very nice shopping and restaurants.
