        I own a personal injury law firm, and my staff has been trying to reach out to our "account manager" Lauren for weeks, and have not received a response. When you call in to support, there is never anyone available to speak. You get placed on hold for 5 minutes, and then are told to leave messages that are never responded to. At this point, we are going to be switching to other record retrieval services that integrate with Clio.

        If the word joke was attached to a business/service, it would surely be this one. The only thing they're good for is reminding you that you have outstanding invoices for services that they couldn't even provide. Trying to get ahold of your "Account Manager"? Jokes on you, they probably don't even exist. Garbage is too kind of a word to describe this incompetent "business" and its terrible demeanor. -28973982 stars if possible.
