    I called in last week to schedule a curbside leaf pick up. They quoted me $90 and advised that their team would be out on 11/13 before 5pm. I got an email today advising that they wouldn't be out to my house for another 24-48 hours and that it was a minimum of $245. I moved all my leaves onto my curb yesterday b/c they were scheduled to be picked up next day. Now I will be bagging them all myself. Would not recommend using their services.

    I wish I would have read the reviews more thoroughly. I signed up for lawn trimming services with Precision Cutz Lawn Care. The services were established with an expected end date of 07/01. A representative from Precision Cutz contacted me near the end of the expected end date, asking if I still needed services. I confirmed that I will be staying in the house a little longer. I explained that insurance is paying for the rental and the mowing of the rental. I told them they could extend the services through 08/20, but not passed said date as insurance would not approve. We moved out of the address on 08/20, but the company mowed the address 2 more times after we moved out. I noticed a charge on my credit card after the 08/20 date, and assumed it was for the prior weeks billing. The following week, I was charged again and this time I called. The first individual I spoke with claimed that my account was closed and he could not see when my last service was. He stated he would have a supervisor call me back, and this never happened. I called in again, and this time I spoke with someone who could now see the dates I was charged, and the dates of calls, but not when the mow was performed. I asked for a supervisor, and again was denied. I told them I would wait on the line until I could speak with one, and then I had one in under 2 minutes. She proceeded to tell me "There is no transcript of the call, but we can see that he did call you and he moved your services out to 09-01. He wouldn't have accepted a date of 08/20 because it was 6 weeks out and not 2 weeks out. He would have told you to call back 2 weeks before your move out" Then I was told that they mowed it anyway and there was nothing I can do. I disputed the charge with the credit card company. The credit card company disputed the charge with Precision Cutz and determined I had a valid dispute. Now, Precision Cutz is sending my information to a collection agency claiming that I owe them for the 2 services.

Hi Kyle, First I want to apologize for any confusion that has been brought upon through this situation. As I explained to you on the phone, our leaf removal service is $90 per man per hour, after the minimum charge has been reached. We have minimum for each and every service that we offer, and try our best to be as transparent as possible about the minimum charge, and the hourly rate there after.

Hi Tyler, We were able to pull the call records of when you wanted to discontinue service and you had stated that you would be moving out at the end of August, at which time one of the customer services representatives stated that he would discontinue services the last week in August, which actually ended on the first of September. On this phone call you agreed to that timeline so the representative discontinued services effective Sept 1st. We had discussed this on the phone, and I proceeded to make an attempt to call you back in regards to this situation after reviewing the call, after being sent to voicemail, we left a message to reach out at the earliest convince, and never received a call back. We also sent you a letter notifying you about taking further actions due to the charge back that were filed. We try our best to work with each and every customer on their circumstances and situations, and also try to give ample amount of time for the client to reach back out to us to work together to find a solution to any problems that may arise.
