We utilize BrightView at our facility and we've been overly impressed with their services, communication, and quality. We changed to them from a local company that was having a lot of labor and service issues. We feel very confident that BrightView has our the best service in Indianapolis. I live in a low maintenance neighborhood. My HOA contracted with Brightview for this season. The first time they cut this spring they completely missed all of the back yards that have fences. I emailed the HOA about it and was told there had been a misunderstanding about fenced yards also needing to be cut. Two days later a worker came by and used a weedeater to cut my backyard. It looked terrible! My husband was home at the time and asked to talk to the supervisor. Was told he would come by but they never did. I have 48" gates as stipulated in our covenants so that commercial lawnmowers will fit. I emailed the HOA and was told that they would follow up with the contractor. Yesterday they came to mow our neighborhood again. It had been three weeks since they had cut my backyard with the weedeater, needless to say the grass was quite tall. That is when I took the attached pictures. Again cut with a weedeater. Looks like a hayfield that's just been cut except the hay hasn't been bailed. My neighbors firepit was thrown onto his patio by the crew, breaking one of the legs off. The last two years Hittle was our lawn maintenance company and my yard always looked beautiful. These guys must have been cheaper. Guess you get what you pay for. Service: Lawn care
