Enrolled Steffey last year for insurance quotes with Heather Brace and signed up for Progressive Insurance through them. Now that our policies are due to renew (and our Progressive renewals were going up nearly $700 for the year), I reached out to Steffey to search new quotes (what a brokerage does), waited, and then went to another brokerage. I'm not chasing anyone for their business. Their behavior since then speaks volumes and is highly unprofessional. I told Heather through her private number that we were not renewing, got a response from her, and then requested info on how to ensure our Progressive policies were canceled cleanly. Nothing heard back in response to 2 separate texts in a week. Had to call Progressive myself, who took care of it, except the homeowners, which they claimed had to be done by Steffey, and they connected me on the phone to a gal in Steffey's office (Erin?) who collected info from me. She was supposed to be sending me 2 edocs to sign so we don't keep receiving notices from Progressive. Still waiting days later. No edocs. Nothing in spam.
