I originally called Paul Lipps ( The premier Allstate agent) and it went to voicemail twice, I needed a state transfer done today and I happened to talk with a man named Austin, 28, and had probably one of the best times chatting with him about my policy and everything I could be saving just using the app. He even got my policy lowered and that's whats gonna keep me coming back to this location. Can not get a hold of anyone. Not an isolated instance. I've called in the past to talk about price, I tried to file a claim a couple of months ago and recently I called to change the car on my policy. I always get voicemail, which is bad. I always have to leave a message and no one ever EVER calls me back. This is extremely unprofessional. I switched to a new insurance today and in order for me to cancel my policies, I will have to drive to the office to do it person since they don't respond to phone or email. Very disappointing.
