Bassett Services: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical

We were experiencing a problem with a particular electrical circuit in our home. That circuit controlled the power to our garage door openers, inside garage lights, hallway, lights in our home, and our outdoor coach lights. I called Bassett services to have an electrician come out to troubleshoot. They were able to work me in the very next morning after I called. They said they would arrive at 8:00 and they promptly showed up at 7:55. Technician Bradley Gardner went to work troubleshooting the problem. After several diagnostics, he was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it. Bradley was extremely friendly, professional, and a very competent electrician. In addition to the service work performed today, I also signed up for a membership with Bassett. There was absolutely no pressure to subscribe, but based on the services provided for the price of the membership , it was a no-brainer. I am thoroughly impressed with Basset and highly recommend them for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs.

Joshua provided a detailed explanation of how he was going to install my electrical box for a ceiling fan. He was extremely professional and courteous. It was a pleasure discussing my electrical needs with him. Great Job!

Joshua was on time to the minute and kept us informed all along to what the issue was. His problem solving saved us a bunch of money and his work was accurate. Would suggest him and will ask for him by name next time.
