Home Instead has been very professional as an organization and Charity Fynn has been a delightful, helpful, enjoyable caregiver. We have used other agencies and caregiving services and we are extremely pleased with Charity and Home Instead and will continue to use them.

While it has only been a few weeks, the experience with this agency has been a highly positive experience. True to their word, this agency has offered replacement support in the absence of the primary caregiver which was a major concern with other agencies. Chrissey, my mom's caregiver is amazing. Her friendly personality and respectful approach demonstrates her passion for caring for seniors. We are very thankful for her and for her professionalism. The professionalism is across the board from the leadership to the support staff. Chanel, the sales rep, Christine, the care supervisor, and Brea the care manager are fantastic as well. I also interacted with the owner and he was very engaging. Listen, I know there are negative reviews nationally, but this specific agency is highly recommended.

We have Paulette to be our mom in-home care giver 5 days a week from Home Instead. We are very grateful to have Paulette there helping and taking care our mom, so we can have peace of mind. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job Paulette and all the great support from home Instead as well.

We use Home Instead to provide care for my father. His caregiver Paul is attentive, engaging, and wonderful. Their communication is great and their responsiveness is as well.
