Caregiver claims to be taken care of patients, but has not shown up at all!! And I just found out that this has been going on for three years!! Theyve been charging the insurance company for 3 years and has never even stepped foot inside the home. I also found out this is not the only patient the caregiver is doing this to. I would run far from this company!!! Im pretty sure aside from insurance fraud theres a ton of illegal things going on with this company!!

Please stay away from this Company I would give 0 stars I can, if you love your love ones find another agency They will leave your family by themselves ,if the caregiver doesnt show up. The caregivers they have goes to sleep are talking on their phones allday without caring for the clients

I absolutely love my two clients and what I do everyday all day. However the pay rate is puzzling and unfair. How is it that one side is able to get a whole $2 pay raise and the other sides disregarded as if they are not working? And overtime at that. This shows how appreciated we are in my opinion. There are so many companies ready and willing to hire with hiring bonuses that would love to have dedicated workers on their team.

Update: can't emphasize enough: find another provider! This group is scraping the bottom of the barrel for aides and Leadership does nothing but spew meaningless "business speak" with poor excuses and empty promises. Not a SINGLE full day was covered properly. Finally gave up and went elsewhere but 3 weeks later, the company nurse shows up at our door for a consult spewing the same bs line that they "have someone lined up to start soon". Yesterdays aide was almost 2 hrs late (and not the sharpest tool in the shed by far). Todays is looking like the same at T+1.5hrs. Local office number goes to a mailbox that is full, cant take messages, and hangs up. The other IN offices cant help (they just sent a Microsoft Teams message to God-knows-who). Corporate office in IL just gave the number to a different field office in Schereville... Save yourself time and hassle and find a real company with real service.
