Very slow delivery! BAM is guilty of deleting bad reviews! Ive read plenty of reviews that are bad. Suddenly they disappear. I posted a bad review, and its also gone! Crooked!

EDIT: Late March 2024: I upped my rating from 4 to 5 stars because I realized that using the membership coupons can make your books cheaper than online (anywhere) depending on what you pick. Very nice member perks if you like to buy / read a lot. Positive: Great feel to the store. It is easy to read the signs around the store with the book genres. I am happy to have visited (more than once), and I plan to return. They have a good selection of manga in stock, and most manga books are in perfect condition. Negative: BAM will not match their own online prices if you buy in store. You must order online and select In-Store Pickup to get the online price when at the store. Since I would rather see the book's condition before buying, I am OK paying the in-store prices if I drop in.
