Good. They are out of ingredients both days we stopped in while in Indy, but the staff was nice enough to offer substitutions. Quality veggies.

I wish I had a picture to share but my harvest bowl today was so sad. Maybe its because I order through Uber Eats and not in person but it only had four measly pieces of chicken, almost no apple or sweet potato. This is the third time this location has given me about a 1/3 of the food that usually comes with the price of a $15 salad. Please get it together guys

I like sweetgreens the franchise & what they have to offer food wise but this downtown indianapolis location is terrible. extremely terrible. Customer service is 0/10. Literally every employee there is rude & have no morals. They serve your food with no respect & cringe everytime you ask for something. If you do not want to work, do not show up. Sweetgreens as a franchise need to look into this because like many others, they have just lost me as a customer. I hate spending where im not appreciated & treated well

Northing short of a scam. Made a group order at the request of a coworker who was celebrating a birthday. Order did not show up on time. Attempted to contact the store to confirm whether order was on its way or not, but this company makes it absolutely impossible to talk to anyone - only options for "service" are a very limited chatbot with only a few unhelpful choices or texting with the "customer care team" which is equally useless with a few boilerplate responses and no way to actually ask a question. After a further 45 minutes of waiting, we got other food and then the order shows up after that. Chatbot repeatedly told me I wouldn't be charged for the late order but guess what? No refund posted and yet again - no way to talk to a live human being to explain the problem. The food and hassle are not at all worth it - Do not waste your time or money with these people.
