I walked out crying. I just recently earned enough money to finally get my hair trim. Its pretty bad right now because the ends are split, so combing all the way through is a challenge.
I understand I had some knotting in the back of my head. Usually the person is kind and helps me with the knotting.
But the person who was going to cut my hair gave me her comb and made me comb through my own hair in the back of my head and stood over me and watched.
I decided to leave instead of getting the trim.
I understand people at salons get to have boundaries. That being said, I think people should be able to go to a salon and get help with their hair. I tip well in compensation for their time and energy.

I always went to great clips in Ft Wayne, but reading the reviews of all the ones here in Indy I'll be finding a new salon. Great Clips train your people to treat customers here like Ft Wayne does.
