LA TWIST BRAIDS

I love it here. Braiders are very friendly, fast, and I always love my hair. However, making an appointment means nothing. They told me it would be a 30 minute wait when I arrived for my appointment. I live near by and a phone call wouldve been nice to let me know to arrive 30 minutes later. I left my garden that I love working in to make sure that I arrived on time. Appointments really dont exist as it states in their website. We you call to schedule they dont take your name or phone number. You have to make the trip and turn into a walk in. Great braidingsloppy business practices. I held off writing this review but this is the 3rd consecutive time that this has happened. I initially walked in on my first visit and a lady walked in after me that had an appointment. I felt so bad that she had to wait that I paid toward her service not knowing that this is standard practice. Get it together ladies and dont ruin a great business!!
