        Visiting from out of Town......the Manager was a bug help and a Good Guy......Place was clean and had All the Equipment and Machines We Needed 😃

        LA Fitness Avon is a joke. Most of the equipment is falling apart and they just do quick fixes to mend them. The management is split into 3 departments, sales, operations and PT which makes it very annoying to get help as no one from another department will help you if it is not their specialty. When cancelling my membership, Jamon was nothing but unprofessional. There is an option to buy out your membership if you have a contract and I wanted that option because it was cheaper. He told me no, the only way was to pay these fees which totaled to $110! I could have paid $49 and been done with it. After calling the gym multiple times to get ahold of him, I just ended up calling corporate and they refunded me $66 because he never gave me this option. He wanted me to do this because it goes straight to his bonus! (Sorry bud) All the managers see you as a walking piece of cash. This gym is not worth your money, go to a better gym that has good equipment and good staff!
