The nature of the work was reviewing documents related to a job change, and advice on how to navigate the transition from one job to another. Ben was very prompt in reaching out to me after my initial inquiry. His approach was very detailed and thorough, and it was clear that he did his due diligence before our calls. He advised me from several different perspectives, explaining risks and considerations to make along the way. He was very punctual and reliable, and I felt like provided great value relative to the cost. I never felt rushed or that there wasnt enough time to get through the questions that I had for him.
