I am not able to go in the store, but I have several rooms Id like to shop for tiles, stones, etc. The only thing is I cant get into their sight! Ive called them more than once and I just get told, nothing is wrong on their end, but I can open any other sight on all our devices because we have a very fast internet, so the problem is not on our end. Has anyone checked into this issue?

I've remodeled 2 Baths and a Kitchen using Floor and Decor and have had the Most Amazing Experience. Madeline and the design team have been incredible and are so knowleadgeable, kind and are simply amazing. The variety of products and quality is unmatched. I love working with the team!!!

Prices were seemed higher compared to lowes , menards , home depot and other big box stores. Bigger selection, nothing I was motivated to buy.

We ordered a gallon of Mapei Flexcolor Cq grout in Mint September 28th (not a popular color, I'm sure but it looks amazing with our sage green Pure glass tile) and it was expired and super hard. Took it back and a friendly and wonderful associate swapped it out for us. Sadly didn't get his name but he was awesome. Great service!
