Mario from Restorm was absolutely phenomenal when my sisters water pipe burst this winter. Restorm responded immediately to my call for water loss mitigation and repaired the water damage near her kitchen like new. The workmanship was outstanding and Mario communicated with us every step of the way. He made the process very easy and seamless. Of note, my sister was hospitalized when her pipe burst and Restorm completed the repairs in a timely fashion. The repairs were outstanding, and her kitchen looked phenomenal. I am so glad I chose Restorm for this project. They really came through for us. I chose Restorm because of the 5 star google reviews and was extremely satisfied with everything. We had a housefire & another contractor recommended Restorm. From start to finish, Restorm was skilled, prompt, professional, thorough, &, equally important, competent in dealing with our insurance company. Mr. Salgado, the head of Restorm, explained clearly what would happen & when, & everything went just as he said & on schedule. Mrs. Lujan, the project manager, came every day of the month the work took, communicated what would be happening, & let us know the progress made. And we can't say how important their wonderful attitude is! As Mr. Salgado says: "Our workers take care of your home. I take care of you." And he does! Mrs. Lujan's warmth for the people involved is as important as her care for your home. Having a household disaster is, of course, an awful thing, but being able to trust this wonderful company made the experience as easy as possible.
