Rally's - Closed

Terrible experience the got my whole order wrong and got mad because I brought it back to the window to get the correct food will never come back to this restaurant again

Ive never wrote a review in my life, but today marks the first. I honestly have never had a bad experience with eating at places until Today. The women was working alone and was making food and handling payments, and she wasnt changing her gloves. Which was pretty disgusting. Her demeanor was really off and made me uncomfortable. So In the end I didnt eat the food and wasted $15. To conclude, I wont be coming back to this location again.

I wouldn't recommend this place to even enemies. Some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with and the first business I've ever seen that turned away paying customers because they were in the middle of a shift change; they send at least four vehicles out of there without any service because of this so-called shift change at 3:30 in the afternoon. That's not the first time I've stopped at this Rally's but it will definitely be the last; I've worked in Lawrence for 20 years now and only been there a handful of times and it seems like it gets worse every time I go.

Ordered from Grubhub, got a baconzilla meal, extra fries, a 3 piece tender and sauce (which I thought came with fries but that couldve been Grubhub miswording it), and 2 extra sauces. I didnt get any sauces, no fries with the tenders (again could be a misunderstanding l), no bacon on the burger, and didnt even get a straw for the drink I get people make boo boos, but come on.

Pulled up in drive thru, one car at the window, sat their for literally 8-10 min freezing with my window down. No one spoke to me, no one said wait a min. Nothing. The other car drove off I waited one more minute, nothing, then I just drove in thru the girl standing at the window eating and drinking at the window, I just kept going. It's too bad Rally's is too be good and still is in certain locations. Unfortunately this one will probably end up closed as well!
