Sat at the second window for 10 minutes they took 5 other orders before I had to back up and go through the other lane and when I asked if it was broken the girl was super rude. Raggedy as hell

Around 8:45 a.m. Saturday 4/16/2022, at the drive thru as I placed my order, I was interrupted by a recorded message that stated if customer orders are not placed within 15 seconds, McDonalds will charge the customer an inconvenience fee. I had to repeat this order due to the interruption. You rudely inconvenienced me and my family! How about all the times McDonalds gave us cold, stale fries, made mistakes on our order by giving us incorrect food, forgetting to include sauce or ketchup, straws and napkins, or making US pull up and wait for our food? Customers should charge YOU for inconveniencing them.

Took a half hour to get food through drive through, manager said not enough people. Really, McDonald's? You can't hire enough people? Maybe offer a better incentive to work there. Definitely what all these greedy corporations need to do.

We literally got 4 items and they managed to mess up on 3. Then when they were confronted we were ignored. Manager was yelling across the store to employees who were done with their break but didnt go back to work. Overall not a great experience.

Seems every time I go through the drive through I get pulled up to wait in my food. I wouldnt mind it but every time I get cold soggy fries and a watered down coke. It just stinks. If your known for hot fresh fries and the best tasting coke, then thats what I should be getting since its taking an additional 7-10 minutes to get all my food. Not good.
