Taco Bell

I was in drive thru and asked for an item which was not available, I was rushed to order my food and told me to order inside which I am handicap, he told me he could take me out my car and bring inside which hurts when people look at me as lesser person. I just wanted to order from the safety of my vehicle. employee was very rude and disrespectful as he continued to rush me! As a result I left the establishment without placing an order.

We used the online app which was located inside the restaurant to order our food. We were the only customer there and still waited for half an hour before one of the servers came out and asked if we needed any help?! We had to tell him that we were waiting for our food. Tacos and burritos were good and affordable esp. if you're a vegetarian.

Dont know how it happened but I was messing up saying my order a ton and was afraid to catch attitude but didnt. THANK YOU. Second, this is the best taco bell Ive ever had. Who ever rolling this up is a pro and cares about work!

I got 3 bean burritos tonight because Im vegetarian. Ive had hundreds of bean burritos at probably 25 different Taco Bells and these three were the worst Ive ever had. The beans were cold and so thick that they were almost crispy. The tortillas were cold and brittle. I ordered them grilled and they werent, and I got creamy jalapeo sauce on them (for $1.50 up charge) and there was almost none on them. If nothing else, please just make sure that you have fresh refried beans and that they are made with enough water. Some of us dont have a lot of options and just want something simple to be done right. Two stars because the guy at the window was at least pleasant.

I order the $5 box I asked for them not to put the cinnamon twist in the bag. She gave them to me anyway and the food didn't taste like it was seasoned very well.
