I have not received consistent therapy from here, in the course of 3 months I've only seen a therapist once and she cancelled our second session in just one month of being assigned to me

Had my intake with a counselor. Showed up the next week, was told at the time of my appointment that the counselor had left the company. Called and spoke with several people who are passing the buck as to why I was not informed before my session about my counselor being gone/cancelling the session. Heard phrases such as high turnover. Also called in regards to my intake session charge, was told I would receive a call back, never did. Do not go here for consistent counseling services.

Scheduled a total of 4 appointments. First appointment was cancelled same day by counselor (she is now no longer on staff it seems). I successfully completed a second appointment with Courtney (also now no longer on staff, no notification of any kind given) on April 11th and set up follow ups for the 26th and the 10th of May. April 26th I received a text from the counselor cancelling the session and telling me she had 'no idea' who would schedule her at that time even she herself did so two weeks earlier. Second appointment was today May 10, virtual visit. No phone call. I have placed 6 calls throughout the day (beginning around 1030am) and none have been answered, all go to voice mail. There is only one number to call for all four clinics. When something goes wrong (like today) and I don't get the call, I have no way to get anyone else to help. I finally got a call today, 34 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. They said they thought it was an in person appointment but then realized it was virtual and offered to move it to tomorrow with a new counselor, because the one I spoke to initially is no longer there. I keep seeing people talk about turnover in these comments. Pay attention. This place is not about helping you, it's about hoping you cancel appointments so they make free money. In a 5 week period I had TWO assigned counselors disappear. I hope anyone needing serious help will strongly consider other options. Take care of yourself. Advocate for yourself. Nobody else is going to do so.
