        Memorie Bush made many errors on her report. She refused to correct most of them, only correcting the most major error. The major error was life altering and her and her supervisor were initially defiant about even making that error, it took many emails and some persistence to get an acknowledgment of that major error. When I tried to work with her to get the errors corrected, she was very rude, defiant and disrespectful. She showed no empathy and refused to even apologize for the major error. I would never recommend this group and if you do use this group, read all reports with a fine tooth comb as they will be mistakes. I worry for the clients they see who are too intimidated or scared or dont have the Internet to review the reports. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General, DCS, etc.
