Jeff Cadwell is the best attorney we have ever interacted with. He clearly cares about his clients and has done a perfect job reviewing and detecting potential issues in the building contract a builder sent us. This really helped us a lot to avoid problems and saved us a lot of money in unexpected changes, as well as on future litigations or issues with the house and its warranties. He was meticulous and put effort and time into reviewing the contract and explaining to us every issue and how the contract should be written to get a fair agreement for both parties. He clearly is very knowledgeable and has the highest standards. I just cannot say how grateful we are to have found Jeff.
