As a homeowner, these guys did an amazing job helping me rent a lift when I didn't really know what I was doing. I had reserved one type, and they called to ask what project I was doing to make sure it was the right one. Turned out it wasn't, and they set me up with a better one. Then they sent a tech out when it was delivered to give me some training. Kolan (the sales associate) was very communicative/responsive throughout the whole process, very easy to work with.

We hired a seasoned operator who requested specific equipment that has since changed controls in newer models of the same machine. What a nightmare. The staff, and especially AL, were absolutely amazing to work with. These people are some of the most professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful staff of any business Ive worked with. I highly recommend doing business with them, I certainly will the next time we need equipment. Character matters to me and AL has my utmost respect. Emery the CS rep, was also very friendly, helpful & reachable during the entire rental.
