      Hailie,Thank you for your review. It took us a little while to find you in our system as it seems you were calling on behalf of someone else and not about an employment law related issue. Our records show that Mr. Cassidy represented a landlord that was evicting your friend. Both you and your friend called over the Christmas/New Year holiday while our office was closed seeking a continuation of your friend's eviction proceeding. When he returned to the office, Mr. Cassidy agreed to your friend's request to continue his hearing. He certainly was not rude to your friend and your friend expressed his gratitude to Mr. Cassidy. Our firm does utilize a third party answering service when our office is closed or we are otherwise unable to answer the phone. While we have never had a complaint before, it is possible that the operator was rude to you. If that was the case, we apologize. However, your review of the firm as being "rude" is simply untrue. As such, please remove your inaccurate review.
