Staff not good at returning calls or emails

Austen Brown and a few of his fellow colleagues were the recruiters helping me out, and I couldn't have been happier with their hard-working crew. They put me in front of loads of potential employers and set up lots of interviews; they were very transparent and checked in with me multiple times a week to inform me of new opportunities and to ask how my search was going; and they were always courteous and professional, even sending emailed interviewing tips and offering verbal encouragement. I know they're busy and have got a job to do, but this team really takes the time to listen to their clients and help in any way they can. No, they didn't end up pairing me with my current job, but they sure did earn me a few job offers that I ended up turning down on my own accord (I was lucky and found an opportunity elsewhere). As soon as I told them I had found a job, they were actually very excited and happy for me and congratulated me on my new position! If I'm ever looking for a job again, I know I'll turn straight to Accounting Principals and their friendly crew.
